Aeroflex IFR 6000 transponder/DME/TCAS ramp test set (now Viavi). Its label reads "Signal Gen, XPDR/TCAS/DME"; S/N 104004065, made August 2008.

Options: TCAS (Option 2) is installed: the back label reads XPDR/TCAS/DME and the TCAS II test screens run (see photos). ADS-B (Option 3) and UAT (Option 5) do not appear to be installed.

Condition: it powers on and runs its self-test. Every test passes except the NVR (memory backup) battery, which shows FAIL 0003. The photos show the transponder auto test and test list, the TCAS II scenario screen, the DME screen and the transponder setup screen. I haven't tested it against an aircraft or a reference. Last calibrated December 2017 (KELI Labs), so the calibration has expired. It contains a lithium-ion battery, so it ships by ground.
