Available is a BU AERO U.S. Navy Mark V Tachometer.  This part was manufactured during World War II and used in naval aircraft to monitor engine RPM.  The Mark V was likely installed in early to mid-war aircraft.  The manufacturer part number is 2222-IF2-A.

Pioneer Instrument Co. was a division of Bendix located in New Jersey.  It was known for producing precision flight instruments for both the Army & Navy aircraft.

The gauge measures approximately 5 ¼ inches in length by 3 ¼ inches from top to bottom and sided to side.  The glass face is intact and in very good condition with the dial markings being very clear.  The gauge itself does show some cosmetic wear.
