Garmin purchased UPS International in 2003 (UPS was Garmins first large aquition in the US), one of UPS's most long lived and successful products was the SL30 slim line NAV/COM to which Garmin essentualy rebranded Garmin SL30. Production of the SL30 had continued through 2025.
I have owned this unit since about 2004 and it has served me well. I have since refreshed my panel recently and had this unit returned to me once removed.
As an aviator myself, I have bought and sold many aviation items thru eBay over the years and have never sold anything unsafe or not working when removed. This unit was working when in my aircraft and prior to removal but I can not attest to its condition beyond that and after removal.
I am listing this "AS-IS" and will include the tray, the transceiver, and interface for a buyer who knows the product and recognizes that it has been priced accordingly.
