Used Garmin Apollo SL40 VHF Com airband radio transceiver in possibly repairable condition. Just the panel unit showing signs of ordinary use with some chips around the top and edges of the front bezel and slight delamination of the display lens starting. Tested and does not power up - there is a burnt capacitor and circuit board damage. Not field repairable per my technician. Possibly could be repaired by Garmin.
