 SL 30 Nav Com p/n 430-6040-303 and s/n 25903814  with mods W,AB,AC,AD. Comes with mounting rack and back plate, pilot operating manual and installation manual. I purchased this a few years ago and was told by seller that it was working when removed. Powers up and comes with a FAA  8130-3 form that Garmin issued when it was new. Works on both 14v or 28v electrical systems.
