Vintage PWA-808 Valve Lapping Tool which was made for Lapping Pratt & Whitney R-1830 Radial Aircraft Engine Intake Valves. It is in new surplus condition. It will probably work for other engine valves as well. It has an opening for the valve stem (tool I.D. open at .480) and that closes the opening as you tighten the bolt to .400 inner diameter.
