Up for sale is an authentic Cessna Airspeed Indicator (ASI) featuring the classic dual-scale display overlay. This factory instrument was safely removed from a 100% operational Cessna 152 during a recent, comprehensive panel avionics upgrade.
Condition & Operational History:
- Tested & Functional: The instrument worked perfectly and read accurately right up until its removal.
- Cosmetics: The outer face frame and internal markings are crisp and vibrant. The background dial face features the distinct vintage cursive "Cessna" script emblem. Lens glass is clean and free of heavy scratching or cracks.
- Service History: Features a legacy service label on the side casing from Global Tech Instruments, Inc. (FAA Repair Station G3OR208N) located in Huntington Beach, California.
- Airworthiness: This gauge was removed from a fully certified, flying aircraft and can legally be reinstalled into another certified aircraft as a used part.
