This is a A-6A or A-6E Intruder Electrical Tachometer (RPM) Indicator. A similar gauge was used on the F-14 Tomcat (see the attached pictures). It's in pretty good shape considering it's from the 1970's or the 1980's. It appears to be missing the glass/plexiglass instrument covering.
