Was my dad’s. I put in NMIH AA’s to test near Orange County airport. Seems to receive well. No way for me to try transmit but my dad relied upon this as backup to trips to Baja…. No charger included. If I were to use it flying I’d try lithium ion AA’s - EBL brand. They would hold a charge longer than the NIMH. Or just use Alkalines. He brought this to Reno and we listened to the planes during racing. I will be selling without batteries to Dave weight shipping.
