N8910A 3/4 Drive 11mm C-Shaped Torque Adaptor Aviation Tool NOS. 12 Point. This is a specialty tool that I wasn't able to find much information on. The only places that had this listed by request only is aviapool and mfsupport. Both have it listed as a torque adaptor. Possibly made by Snap On or ATS division. Most likely used on large turbine engines. Please review all photos to determine condition and identification. Item is sold as is with No Returns. Will be shipped via USPS Priority.
Tool does not have the head size listed but based on my measurements in comparison it is an 11mm. 7/16 was close in comparison but not as close as the 11mm.
