This is a panel-mounted navigation receiver/indicator unit for VOR/LOC use.
As seen in pictures as marked NAV 121 TSO and rear data plate identifies it as Narco Avionics, Fort Washington, PA, USA.
Used and has visible cosmetic wear from prior aircraft use, including scratches, scuffs, worn edges, worn knobs, label wear, adhesive/tape residue, and general age-related wear. Rear connector is present as is the cable as shown in the photos. No paperwork, yellow tag service dated 4/8/2011, shown.
