This system works great utilizing a 9 V battery for a piper Cub ,Champ or Taylorcraft that has no electrical system. Otherwise, it may be plugged in and utilized without the battery for aircraft that have an electrical system.  It also comes with the flight com SR 4 adapter to be utilized for four place aircraft.
