I bought this unit in 2006. Works perfectly and databases are all current except the nav data as of today. Garmin is not providing nav data for this unit anymore. I'm updating my back up GPS to something newer. 
Comes in the original box with everything shown in the pictures. Owner's manual is missing. There is a screen protector on it that has a small scratch on it. It doesn't bother me but you could remove the screen protector if it bothers you. It does the XM weather thing if you want to splurge for the subscription.

A nice battery back up GPS that can get you out of a jam when your panel goes dark.
