About Us

Stoystown Auto Wreckers is a family owned business and has been in operation for over 75 years.  We have been a member of eBay since 2006.  We specialize in late model and low mileage vehicle parts.  We utilize our 35,000 square foot warehouse facility for dismantling, quality control, and part storage.  Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

Returns

We have a 30 day free return policy for most parts.  We accept returns for large items being shipped freight, but the return freight cost will be the buyer's responsibility.  We can schedule a return freight pickup but the freight cost will be deducted from the refund.  If there are any issues with an order please reach out to us to find a resolution BEFORE opening a return request or a claim.  Our options to resolve the issue become limited once a request has been opened.

Shipping

We are able to ship the same day or following business day, depending on the time of the order.  Small items will be shipped UPS Ground.  All large items being shipped freight will be shipped the following business day.  Tracking information will be uploaded after the order has been shipped.

Warranty

Every part that we sell is guaranteed.  A 6 month part warranty is included unless otherwise specified in the listing.  Any labor or installation costs will not be covered under the warranty.  If a part arrives damaged or defective, or fails within the warranty period, we can offer a free replacement if available or a refund may be given if necessary.  Engines and transmissions are sold with a 6 month parts warranty.  The buyer's VIN is required for fitment verification and warranty purposes before we will ship an engine or transmission.   Programming may be required for automatic transmissions.

General

Parts Grading

Grade A parts can be expected to be in "Like New" condition. They will be fully functional and may have only very minor signs of wear.
Grade B parts will be fully functional but may have more moderate signs of wear and/or minor damage. Any damage will be noted in the condition description.
Grade C parts will be fully functional but will have significant wear and/or damage. Any damage will be noted in the condition description.

Air bags

All air bags will be shipped in accordance with Federal Hazmat regulations. The donor VIN will be provided on company invoice for state inspection purposes.

Radios

Car radios and A/V equipment may require an anti-theft code when interchanging. We do not have any codes available. The donor VIN will be provided on your invoice so that a code can be obtained from the dealer if one is needed.

Computer Modules/Electronics

Computer modules and other electronic parts may require programming to ensure proper function. We are not able to offer any programming services.

Compatibility

eBay compatibility charts should be used a guideline only. They are not always accurate. Many part types have multiple options available and compatibility charts do not always account for these various options. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns about compatibility before you make your purchase. We use VIN decoders to verify option codes and fitment.
