Working as headphones but untested as far as the mic goes. Looks like the foam over speakers in each ear is missing but doesnt effect performance. Does a wonderful job with passive noise cancelation.. Better than any I've tested. Note that some of the black has come off of the logo on each ear. Still in nice condition overall
