1954 Piper Tri Pacer. As you can see.. She's been sitting a day or two. Actually, 50 years, by the complete airframe and engine log books and airworthiness certificate (which we have, last annual was written in was 1975) . I'm not sure if it was that I needed the hanger space alone or a deep seeded love to think someone besides my kids would spend some time and money on her and put her back in the skies again. Either way, I need it gone sooner than later. It has roughly 2,386 hours total time since new and appears the engine would have had a top end put on it within a couple hundred ours of her hibernation. Equipped with a Lycoming 0 290 D2 135 hp engine that still has compression on every cylinder and a Sensenich Aluminum prop. ( We may make her run again before it sells.) . The interior is complete and nice. Both gas caps are missing and two of the engine cowl clips. Other than that, she appears complete down to the tires. The airplane is worth more in parts than as a whole. But I am not... in any way... interested in selling parts from this aircraft. This airplane will be sold as is, Where is and will not fly out of here. It needs recovered and will have to be trailered away. It will come with an FAA bill of sale 8050-2 and you will get everything I have with it down to the airworthiness cert. ( the tail number is expired and would have to be renewed or changed. Please don't think it will fly out of here on a ferry permit. I do have a friend who would pull the wings and deliver the aircraft and charges accordingly as that is how he makes a living. We are not doing a pre buy inspection and if you bid, you own it, not a bid to see if you want it. Have your ducks in a row and cash in hand if you bid.
