All of our parts are original OEM parts, either new in box or the box was opened to inspect and never installed (unless the listing says otherwise)  Some parts such as compressors or fragile items are opened to pack more thoroughly to prevent damage in shipping, but are still new and un-used unless the ebay listing says "used".

We ship most orders same day, Monday-Friday, as long as they are placed by 2pm CST. Our listing offer USPS and Fedex Ground services to save on shipping costs.  If you need a faster or different shipping method than what is listed on ebay, feel free to message us and we can update the listing to meet your request.

Please be advised, we do not accept returns on electronic (anything with a power plug on it), on used or installed parts, so please be sure to properly diagnose your parts before ordering as we will not accept returns on parts that are not in the same condition they were shipped.
