We're offering a great 1968 Piper PA-28 235 up for sale. Serial Number 28-11159, N-8BB. We've owned her for just over a year. Had a great time with it but purchased a Cherokee 6 to get everyone in. 3830 total time, 1665 since major (2,000TBO= 335 hours flight time left), (all subject to change as plane is regularly flown but accurate as to annual done 02/2023) All A.D.s complied with as of 2/23,
84 gallon / 6 hour / 4 tank fuel capacity. With a 1,320 useful load, you can put about anything in it and fly 6 hours with no worries. The reason they are called the pickup truck of the skies. Paint is an easy 7+, Interior is very nice (7+), new seats and carpet. (carpet not installed yet). All logs since brand new. ALWAYS hangered. Nice avionics, Garmin GNS 430, GTX 327 with a.d.s.b. out, PMA audio selector, JPI engine monitor, auto pilot 3 wing leveler. Dual push to talk both yokes. I will say hands down it's the best Cherokee made in my opinion... We simply love it.
Now,,,, Let's both save ourselves some time and frustration..We are looking for a new home for an excellent airplane. If you are not the guy who wants to push an envelope every time you fly, want to throw a couple fat kids in with you and know your not overweight for a 82 degree day.., this is quite probably, the plane for you... What we are NOT looking for, is to take a deposit while you list it elsewhere and make a buck nor having an outside mechanic tell us what's wrong with it to beat us down on price.... The plane needs and deserves the right home. Usual flying.. would take another 10 years to time the engine to tbo..
