Shipping and Handling:

My commitment to you is prompt service and care in shipping your purchase. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of payment clearance or the next business day. I will do every effort to ensure the safe packaging of your item for transit.

Payment is expected within 3 days of the listings conclusion. I will be choosing either USPS or UPS or FedEx shipping for domestic sales. For listings offered 'free shipping' or 'flat rate,' the most cost-effective and environmentally conscious shipping method will be selected.

International buyers will be serviced through 'eBay International Shipping'. Please anticipate additional transit time for international shipments, including potential delays due to customs processing. Import duties may apply.

Orders placed on Friday will ship on the following Monday. In the event that Monday coincides with a US federal holiday, shipments will resume on Tuesday.

Once your package has been shipped, tracking information is provided through eBay and the shipping carrier. I have access to the same tracking information available to you, and unfortunately cannot provide additional tracking details beyond what is reported by the carrier.

Returns and Quality Assurance:

Please retain the original packaging in which your item was delivered, along with all components, accessories, manuals, and other items included with your purchase. Keeping the original packaging and all included items together helps ensure that a return can be processed accurately and efficiently.

As part of my quality-assurance process, I record the serial numbers and other identifying information of items prior to shipment. This helps me verify that the correct item and all of its original components are returned.

If an item is returned with missing, substituted, or different components from those originally shipped, the discrepancy will be documented and reported to eBay as appropriate.

I greatly appreciate your honesty and cooperation in preserving the original packaging and returning all included components with your item. Thank you for helping me maintain an accurate and fair return process.

Thank You:

Again, thank you for taking the time to view my listing. If you have any questions or would like additional information or clarification about the item, please feel free to reach out before making your purchase. I’m happy to provide additional photos or information whenever possible so you can make a confident and informed decision.

I take great care to thoroughly inspect, test, and accurately describe the items I list. However, I’m human, and despite my best efforts, an occasional flaw or discrepancy may go unnoticed.

If you discover anything that does not match the description or your expectations after receiving your purchase, please contact me before leaving feedback and give me the opportunity to make things right. I will always do my best to address your concerns promptly and fairly.

My goal is to provide 5-star service and a positive buying experience with every transaction. I truly appreciate your business and the opportunity to earn your trust.

Thank you for your honesty and integrity as an eBay buyer.
