The RP3 LED type position indicator uses 10 LED lights to indicate the position of the servo output shaft. Although RAC has used some of the brightest LED lights available, direct sunlight will still affect your ability to see the active light. Because of this, the position indicator should be mounted somewhere in the shade of your panel, preferably just under the sun shield.
