Knobs turn smoothly, looks good, clean. May have been pulled out for an upgrade or to sell the plane, but most likely, my dad had this as part of a larger system for his plane. I'm finding a lot of S-Tec things.  What could be better than this?  The fluorescent colors really glow and will brighten up any panel. The warranty sticker is intact. The four mounting holes look unscratched  - this may be near New. Untested, too many wires for me. My dad had plans for his planes. I wish he was here to let me know the details of this unit. He loved S-Tec
