This is an extremely rare Pioneer Instrument Type 370 Fuel Flow indicator.
Could have been used on a Travel Air.
I have never seen one of these for sale.
It has an odd dial that makes me believe it was used as a prototype or used to calibrate an installation on an airplane.
The dial is covered by paper with pencil marks around the rim.
The needle moves when tested.
