Knobs turn, looks good. May have been pulled out for an upgrade or to sell the plane, but most likely, my dad had this as part of a larger system for his plane. I'm finding a lot of S-Tec things.  What could be better than this?  The fluorescent colors really glow and will brighten up any panel. The warranty sticker looks intact, although the mounting bracket has rubbed against it. Untested, too many wires for me.
