Previously finished and flying Velocity that got put back into project status by experienced Velocity pilot/builder/owner for upgrades but never completed. Was registered as N31HE but no records or airworthness documentation came with the project. Excellent workmanship as determinde by the canard experts at Rutan Aircraft Flying Experience (RAFE) but final inspection and determination of airworthiness is the responsibility of whoever finished the project. Great start for somone that wants a Velocity. Located in Houston Texas. What you see is what you get.
