This may help, it's a model TT31 Mode S Transponder from Trig Avionics Co., complete with the installation kit included. Has the installation guide, operating instruction guide, and EASA Form 1 (Authorised Release Certificate).

I DO NOT KNOW THE CONDITION, I only purchased it in a lot auction, but looks great and ready to install.
