garmin gnc 250 was removed for panel upgrade.  i do not know much about this item other than it does power up on the bench, buttons are somewhat worn, faceplate and display are clear and free of scratches.  No evidence of abuse.  Includes nav data card.  Unfortunately, does not include the tray, wire harness, or connectors.  If it does not work out for you, send it back for full refund no questions asked.
