This may help, it's a model TT31 Trig Mode S Stack Transponder, and was probably going to be installed and used, but wound up in a lot box auction, as is.
I DO NOT KNOW THE CONDITION, I only purchased it in a lot auction, but it comes with the install kit, manuals, and an EASA Form 1 from the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority.
