-      If there is shipping damage, retain all packaging for insurance purposes. Alert us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will instruct further. We cannot resolve the issue if these steps are not taken.

-      Items sold "As is" have no warranty and returns will not be accepted.

-      Items sold "As removed" or "Working when removed" are only guaranteed against dead on arrival for a 14-day period from their shipment date. This does not include cosmetic issues or any other issue that does not affect the operability of the unit.
