This is an Osprey project that my daughter inherited. Not to be that guy, but she is selling it to pay for college to become a commercial pilot at UND—- “it’s for the kids”…. I am not a pilot nor do I know particulars, however I can find out and answer your questions.
I will add details as I come across them. I’m told it’s 50-65% assembled I have logs. Unsure of the age, records show 1981.
I’m told most the value is in the prop and engine. Lycoming engine was pickled prior to storage.
No reasonable offer refused. Would like the space empty before winter. Always stored inside. I have the wings, etc as well but they are stored elsewhere. I will add photos of those.
