According to the Sweeney Operating Instructions Manual (see photos 4 & 5), this special tool is made to hold the Prop Shaft on various Pratt & Whitney and Curtiss Wright Aircraft Engines while removing a tight Thrust Nut. The tool is 15” long x 4-1/2” wide x 2-1/2” deep. It has a 1” diameter hole in the end which can be used for an extension handle. It is in very good used condition.
