Garmin GNS 430 Non-WAAS -- Bench Tested, Complete Hardware Package

Part number 011-00280-10. This is a used GNS 430 non-WAAS unit in good working condition, bench-verified using a VIAVI AVX-10K radio test set prior to listing. COM transmitter output measured approximately greater than 10 watts with excellent channel spacing characteristics. VOR, LOC, GS, and ILS signal tracking all confirmed functional. ARINC 429 outputs verified active on both GPS and VOR/ILS channels using a Garmin G5 as the test interface -- shown in listing photos.

Software versions: Main SW 5.01 / GPS SW 3.03. The final available non-WAAS software version is upgradeable at any Garmin authorized dealer using legacy upgrade cards.

The display is fully readable and functional. The bezel and faceplate show normal wear consistent with panel-mounted avionics -- light surface scratches and a small worn area at the lower center of the display anti-reflective coating. Buttons throughout are functional; the COM swap and ENT buttons require slightly more deliberate actuation than the rest of the keypad, as expected with age and use.
