We offer a 30 day warranty against defective products and products delivered in damaged condition. We do not offer refunds, only echanges for a replacement.  You must tell us your name, product number, invoice number, and your reason for the return. Replacements cannot be guaranteed for non-trackable shipping. Your replacement will be sent upon receipt of the item.
