Understand that Garmin International and Garmin AT no longer support repair or overhaul for the MX20 later.  There is no known facility to repair these units. We as well as other repair stations have only capability of testing.  This unit was tested all buttons, selector knobs, tested with no faults found. 

Screen condition: see pictures. Technician states no scratches, (a vertical line was seen in screen when green with no impact on functionality or readability).

Function Keys: All operational. Technician states keys operate good.

Knobs: All operational. Technician states all selector knobs operate smoothly.

Cosmetics: Cosmetics are excellent. Technician states no visible damage, or wear.

The unit is sold as is, and is guaranteed to be delivered as stated on FAA 8130-3, working order, and as pictured here in listing. The unit is not sold for new installation. Meaning it does not come with connectors, or antenna. If you wish to install into your aircraft you will need to find another source for a backplate, and connectors. Airtronics Avionics recommends if you are considering as a new installation "Do Not Waste Your Time". This unit is priced well below what Garmin AT charged for flat repair a few years ago. It is a good immediate replacement for your unreadable or inop unit.
