Up for auction is a 1976 Cessna 182P Skylane. Aircraft will sell to the highest bidder, this is a NO reserve auction. Aircraft had a steel beam fall on it. A more detailed description about the damage will be below. Aircraft has been sitting for approximately 26 years and is out of annual.

Damage: A steel beam fell on the top of the airplane. From what I can tell it damaged four skins, a fuselage bulkhead, and five stringers. There is also some dents on the wing that will need smoothed out. The scratch/gouge in the forward RH fuselage skin can be filled and painted no problem. Estimated repair costs for the damage is around $25,000.00 after repair, parts, painting of the damaged area and re-assembly. Also I want to make a disclaimer, we did find mouse droppings and there is a smell of mice. We will deodorize it but you will want to clean the inside of the plane. We have looked and found no mice nests or spots of corrosion from the mice.

** Could possibly be one of the lowest timed 182P in the world** The inside of the aircraft is all original and looks as if it just rolled off the factory floor.**
