It does NOT include the USA. It is only for and will only work on the NON-WAAS units. It won't work for the WAAS units. (I do have WAAS coverage available for North and South America at times as well but that is a different listing). This is the JUNE 21, 2018 download. If you live out of the USA you MUST be able to download this on your own with the Skybound adaptor. If you live in the USA you may send me your card (and $6.00 for return postage) to download.
