Shipping

• We NO LONGER SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.
• We ship packages within ONE BUSINESS DAY of received payment via USPS or FedEx (Excludes Holidays and Weekends).
• All packages shipped via FedEx require a physical address. They DO NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• We NO LONGER SHIP FedEx SmartPost.
• Shipping prices are calculated by eBay directly on each listing and are determined by package size, weight, and the locations of both the buyer and seller.
• WE DO COMBINE SHIPPING. If you would like to purchase more than one item, please contact us prior to payment and we will send you an invoice with an adjusted shipping price.
• Tracking numbers are automatically uploaded for both buyer and seller to view. If you cannot find the tracking information, within ONE BUSINESS DAY of making a payment, please contact us. We will send you the carrier name and tracking number via eBay messaging.
• It is the Buyers Responsibility to Monitor Tracking via eBay, USPS.com, and/or FedEx.com.
• We STRONGLY Encourage Buyers to utilize the free tracking updates available on the carrier websites.
• Large and/or Expensive items may be shipped signature required.
• Shipping times provided by eBay are an ESTIMATE. We have no control over how long the actual delivery will take.
• On the rare occasion when an item is lost/damaged during shipment, we ask that the buyer cooperate with the seller and carrier throughout the insurance claim process.
