You are bidding on a little Cherokee 180 that needs a loving owner. we bought the plane because the owner landed hard on the nose gear, causing the nose gear axle and fork to fail. the tips of the prop blades were damaged as well. we have since repaired the plane, completed a fresh annual,  and made sure it is ready for the new owner. the plane flies well, its just in dire need of a paint job and freshening up on the interior. s everyone knows, the piper 180 is a very simple and easy plane to fly, but will also haul four people and gas with ease. 1000lb usefull load! they burn 8.5 gallons per hour so easy on the pocketbook as well.

the prop strike inspection was accomplished In accordance with Lycoming service bulletin 475c and airworthiness directive 2004-10-14c1. the compressions are all in the mid seventies and the little engine runs great.it has 830 hours since factory overhaul.
