This item was purchased from an aviation surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. The capacitor itself is marked, "Aerovox". The bag has written on it, "Narco". It is not tagged as to the aircraft type or the condition status. We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
