Hi Folks! Happy Fall! Up for Bid/"Buy it Now" today is a "sweeetttt" deal for a great instrument trainer, lunch chaser or brunch flyer!! 1967 Piper 140 with a Ram 160 HP STC!!, 8500TT, 1705SMOH. Beautiful panel for training!! All King Avionics!!- KA 134 audio panel,3LMB, Dual KX155's with KI209 glide slope indicator and KI208 localizer indicator, KT76A Transponder with encoder, KR87 ADF, Sigtronics SP400 intercom with dual PTT's. Paint is fair, the red is faded a little, Interior is in decent shape, seats were recently reupholstered, side panels,plastic and carpet are all in good shape, glass is recently been done and in perfect shape, No known damage history, clean airframe, no corrosion, full logs and records. Has a December 2016 annual. Was owned by an excellent flight school and very well maintained. There are a couple of great videos on You Tube of it flying this summer!! Buy it, train in it, fly it and sell it and get your ticket for less than renting!! Just makes "plane" sense!! The plane is currently located in Massachusetts. Feel free to call with any questions. OK, so Ive told you all the great stuff and done my sales spiel above, now for the reason its $9995.00...The engine showed some ferrous metal at the last 100 hour inspection in September. The oil was being changed every 25 hours and the filter every 50 hours. Just prior to the oil change a cylinder was sent out for overhaul so that could be the culprit, but most likely it is the camshaft. The plane is together, runs and can be flown home. Therefore, you will be shopping for a used engine or repairing/overhauling this one. So factor that into your decisions. Give a call, happy to discuss!!

As stated, I require a $500.00 deposit in 24 hours and full payment within 3 days. I run a 5 day auction and that is the time you need to make arrangements to do your viewing and inspection. I will provide you with references of past buyers. Yes, in some cases you may have to buy sight unseen but I have had many parties do that and they have not been disappointed.
