Hi Folks! Happy Summer! Up for Bid/"Buy it Now" today is a great trainer, lunch chaser or brunch flyer!! 1970 Piper Cherokee 140 with a 160HP Mattituck conversion, 4000TT, 2300SMOH(160HP). Avionics- King KA 134 audio panel, 3LMB, KX155 with KI209 Glideslope indicator,KR86 ADF(placarded inop in pictures, but I slid a good one in and works fine, included with sale), Narco AT50A transponder with encoder, quartz chronometer, digital volt/amp gauge, Whelen LED landing light, Sigtronics SPA400 4 place intercom with dual PTT. Paint is old and faded, Interior is in decent shape, has some wear and tear as pictured, has articulating pilot seat, rear seats, side panels and carpet good, plastic is in good shape, glass is in good shape, rear hat shelf, has full cockpit cover, toe brakes. No known damage history, clean airframe, no corrosion, very clean, full, well organized logs and records. December 2016 annual by respected shop! Excellent compressions, clean oil! Due again in 12/2017. Buy it, train in it, fly it and sell it and get your ticket for less than renting!! Just makes "plane" sense!!
