Rotax 912 100 hp always used Honda hp no moli oil Engine and airframe have 1565 hours at last flight . Plane locally maintained by Liberty Aviation and all log books are current . Annual is scheduled for December 20th. Plane has always been stored in private hanger .

Kiev 3 blade ground adjustable prop.. the tips of prop are metal .. prop is in good shape with normal wear

The battery is a dry cell odyssey mounted under the panel in front of stick under panel.

Has electric trim, an electric  inop artificial horizon indicator, not sure the issue never had it repaired Built in flush mounted Garmin 496 Two channel ICOM radio with toggle built into stick . NARCO transponder.

No known issues with plane. Has normal wear for 1565 hr plane.   I would plan on replacing windshield and door windows due to some crazing and wear.
