Item powers on...has cigarette lighter plug...but no ac plug. Rechargeable battery won't hold a charge. Instructions manual included. Window suction included for removable antenna, extension cord for antenna also. The rear of unit (has two plugin for data disk) but contains only one data card. This is all the information available for this item.
