You'll need to update the maps and XM subscription, but other than that, it's completely ready to go. The picture of the screen shows the GPS and XM weather out because I took the pictures inside and didn't have the XM antenna hooked up. EVERYTHING WORKS EXACTLY AS IT SHOULD!!
I would guess that this unit has been used for less than 10 hours total, and is in like new condition with no scratches or marks anywhere on it. Everything in the photo's is included and it will be shipped in it's original box.
