• We ship to all 50 US states and territories.  Certain areas may incur additional charges.
• Shipments are normally made within 1 day of payment, excluding weekends & major holidays.
• We ship by USPS, Fedex and UPS.

International

• We ship worldwide. Please refer to the shipping chart tab above for the corresponding fees.
• Non-US winning bidders are responsible for any import, duty, customs, or brokerage fees.
• Please note that transit times for USPS varies from country to country.

Delivery times suggested below are according to USPS and are estimates only.

USPS First Class International - up to 6 weeks.

USPS Priority International - 6 - 14 business days.

USPS Express International - 3 - 7 business days.

*Please note USPS First Class International shipping is a non trackable service.  We highly recommend upgrading to Priority or Express shipping for tracking purposes.  Also be aware that if you choose USPS First Class International as your shipping method, we will not be able to start a lost package claim for 45 days!

We can only shipped to verified addresses.  We cannot change the shipping address after a purchase is made.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive the item to return it.  We need to be notified within 48 hours for items damaged or DOA. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Software and DVDs are ineligible for return if the original packaging has been opened.
