Up for auction might be the lowest time 150 in the US maybe the world! 600 Hrs TT!!! on airframe engine and prop. I am the second owner since new and have the original build sheet and P&S from Cessna. It is completely original except for wing and tail strobes and built in intercom. It runs and flies like new! Compressions 70-78 / 80. Borescope inspection in cylinders excellent.
History: A/C purchased new from a local dealer in MA, gentleman flew it for years locally and never used it for training. Owner got ill, and mechanic was instructed to pickle it for unknown time which turned out to be 8 years. I purchased it, did a ferry inspection and it was flown to my hanger where it received a complete and extensive annual. Including: tires, brakes, rotors, mags, harness, plugs, hoses, battery, RBC gaskets, baffles, prop stripped, inspected, painted, ELT OH'd, OH'd turn coordinator, strobe power supplies.
A/C currently in annual and due in Dec. A/C always hangered, no hail damage ever mo damage history. Two people have worked on this plane.
A/C will need paint to be perfect. White coming off wings etc. If engine makes you nervous, for 10K after sale, I will OH engine and mount with 8130 as we are CRS.
