Vintage Original New Surplus 3-1/8” Kollsman Instrument Corp., Division of Square D Company p/n: 590BK-3-01, Type E-13 RPM Tachometer Indicator. It has a 3 pin Amphenol plug in the back and is compatible with AN5531- Tach Generators. This Instrument has two pointers like altimeters have where the longer pointer indicates RPM in hundreds and the shorter pointer indicates RPM in thousands. Because of the scale, these are more accurate in reading the RPM. These came in a large surplus military Air Force aircraft parts inventory. The one in the photos may not be the one you receive but it will be in the same new surplus condition as the one pictured but with a different serial number.
