uAvionix SkyBeacon (TSO) and skySensor Nav Strobe Light/ADS-B Out/In Pair, removed from my aircraft for transponder upgrade. Both units are fully functional, very bright, and in good condition. Both units were bench tested after removal from aircraft for light functions and wifi connectivity for programming and EFB connection. Both work great and are ready for installation on your aircraft. skyBeacon in this kit is the TSO’d version and includes certificate of conformance and password for configuration of new aircraft. Includes all manuals and mounting screws. Both work with 14v or 28v systems (shown here operating with 28v in the bench pictures) This product is manufactured in the United States and STC, AML, example 337 and other documentation is available for download from the uAvionix website. These units take minutes to install and are a great solution for ADS-B compliance. I only removed them due to other avionics upgrades and was very pleased with their performance. They were installed on my aircraft in 2020 and always hangared. There is no sign of sun damage, cracking, weathering, or damage of any kind to either unit. The package includes the UAV-1001856-002 and UAV-1001479-001 Manufacturer Part Numbers.
UAvionix now offers a TSO version of the skySensor for ADS-B in, but the exp version here has been installed on certified aircraft as a minor alteration prior to the company completing the TSO. Check with your A&P or FSDO for verification.
