You're bidding on a lightly used Dual XGPS 170 ADS-B Weather and Traffic Receiver. The Dual unit is an ADS-B "In" receiver that I used to detect nearby aircraft and to gather weather and other data.
It links through Bluetooth to any display that supports the Bluetooth Serial Port Profile (SPP). I linked it to my iPad mini that was running the Seattle Q Electronic Flight Bag.
It also works with Android Tablets.
In addition to receiving weather and other aircraft broadcasting on 978 UAT network, it also has a built in WAAS GPS receiver.
