I'm a retired A&P mechanic and bought this plane in 2015. I have rebuilt and made many improvements to the plane for over 3 years. I changed the landing gear to a grove aluminum, I made toe brakes, and put in new wheels and tires on the plane. I put in dual piston disc brakes, made a new aluminum gas tank that hold 19 gallons with a filler on the right side window. I purchased a carb from Aircraft Spruce. I painted the aircraft, balanced the ailerons, made interior door handles, and many other improvements. Now I'm 77 and my instructor says my tail dragger days are over. So far I have spent $30,000 on the plane. Must sell. This aircraft is ready for flight one testing.
The plane has a Lycoming engine, model # O-235-C1. TMSO is 1010.74. Time since disassembly and inspection is 290.2 hours. The prop is a McCauley Fixed Pitch, model FFA75-63.
