ICOM IC-A20 NAVICOM VHF AIR BAND TRANSCEIVER W ACCESSORIES & MANNUAL. The item has not been fully tested besides turning on. I flipped through the channels and could hear static. Radio is in great shape! Comes with cigarette charger, metal clip, switch box, a reprint copy of the manual, extra antenna and an extra battery. I am uncertain if the extra battery is just the case since it seems lighter than the other one in the transmitter. The batteries and transmitter have arrow drawn on in sharpies showing the direction to pull the battery when releasing it from the unit.
